I really enjoyed the classes. It was an effort to get here each week but I decided that it was worth it!! I've learned a lot and gained lovely techniques to deal with the challenges of daily life. I would highly recommend it to other people.
Very good and very powerful. Has made me re-think a lot of thinks/issues. Week 4 technique was amazing, (The IIY Technique) the tears flowed. The next day was very strange and very emotional. I would highly recommend, would listen to you talk for hours! Thank you.

I found the course very interesting. Its nice to know that we can empower ourselves to make change. It was also extremely relaxing. From the first week I have felt more positive. I look forward to learning the technique. (The IIY Technique - week 6).

Really enjoyed the course. I found it has opened my eyes and life to a happier life. Following the relationship week, my relationship with my (teenage) son improved within a few days and he opened up and changed for the better - showing his feelings.
