WHAT IT FEELS LIKE HERE?
Emotionally: Anxious. Fear of the future. Angry with someone/situation Mentally: Distracted by racing thoughts about someone's behaviour or situation/event. Difficult to hide emotions as they are intense. Physically: Agitated, pacing, expressing anger/fear. Panic attacks. Sleep disturbance. Appetite disturbance. Substance use to lift mood. Spiritually: Temporary disconnection from Source as unable to focus on positive aspects of life. HOW DID I GET HERE? Something has happened! Your world has been disturbed by someone's behaviour or you are very worried about a health or financial setback. WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME? You are in a heightened state of emotions - you are ALIVE! You are being presented with a situation in your life where you can FEEL and from which you grow if you choose to. You are being given an opportunity to go within and further develop your emotional IQ. You are often at the centre of your own or someone else's negative drama. WHAT LESSONS DO I NEED TO LEARN HERE? You are being reminded of the need for SELF care. You are in a place of big emotional decisions! You are being offered the opportunity to experience, feel and let go of a negative emotion in it's intensity so that you can learn how to experience all emotions, feel them and let them go. You will need to choose whether you want to use your anger or fear to destruct or to discover reserves of strength within you to find peace no matter what is going on in your outside world? If you choose destruction you run the risk of taking a step down into the IIY Depression State. If you choose peace you will be ensured of at least one step up on the IIY Mental/Emotional Spectrum. The choice will always be yours. You will learn the power of apology and forgiveness. You will learn how to 'bounce' out of negativity and into positivity. HOW DO I GET OUT OF HERE? SELF Care is the way out. If you are new to self-help then you may need a few sessions with a healer to help you re-connect with your inner world (SELF). If you have some experience with self-healing then you will know that spending time in meditation and using affirmations can shift you upwards into the higher levels of Coping, Positive or Self Awareness depending on how masterful you are changing your emotions. Practice helps you master this skill to the point where you can move through the IIY Mental/Emotional Spectrum rapidly. WHAT IS BEYOND HERE? Beyond here is the knowing that you can control how you feel, that you can control how you react and respond. With improved Emotional IQ awareness you will make better choices about who you want to spend time with, what topics you want to discuss, what sounds and sights you want your eyes and ears to witness. Depending on your choice to act in anger/fear or peace will influence whether you drop into despair or rise into higher emotions. How to listen to IIY Playlists: Choose one of the playlists at the top of this page - the one most suited to what you are feeling. Listen to one topic per day or repeat the same playlist over for a few days if you have a bigger story to shift.
