WHAT IT FEELS LIKE HERE?  'Life is amazing'
Emotionally: You are elated, feeling high and excited. Feels like you have touched Heaven.
Mentally: You mind is busy with ideas. You are distracted and detached from what's happening around you as you are engrossed in your creative flow. You may have thoughts of Bibical events.
Physically: Your energy is high, you are living outside of time and space so may not feel the cold. Your appetite and sleep patterns may be disturbed.
Spiritually: You are totally connected to your Higher SELF. You know your are a Divine being in a physical body. Your have insights into Bibical events, the purpose of your own existence on planet Earth and the purpose of others. You see deep meaning in the words of others.

HOW DID I GET HERE? You will have been regularly and consistently practising some for of meditation or retreat. You may be a healer who has trained in healing modalities that have opened you up to your Higher SELF. You may have had a near-death experience where you have gotten a glimpse of life beyond.

WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME? You are having a deep spiritual experience. You are being re-born. You are connecting with your soul. You are rediscovering the child within who was full of joy and understanding about why you were born and who knew the true essence of yourSELF.

WHAT LESSONS DO I NEED TO LEARN HERE? This is the real you. This is you fully connected to your source energy. This is the place where art, inventions and life enhancing creativity flows from. This is a place to be visited for short periods of time or for longer periods with support. Because the mind is so busy we can appear eccentric so it is important that entry to this state is supported until we learn how to merge this aspect of ourselves into our everyday life.

HOW DO I GET OUT OF HERE? Ground yourself. Walk on the earth. Say your name: I am ............ to yourelf to remind yourself of who you are in your current body. Walk in nature, walk in your bare feet. Write down the ideas and inspirations you are receiving. Be aware of the different states you can travel between and consciously decide to move to the IIY Positive State when you need to connect with others around you. You won't want to leave this place but it can be difficult to communicate with others on their wavelength and they will think you quite strange. When you first enter the SELF Awareness state, dropping yourself down to the IIY Positive state will vital. You may need the support of a healer to ground you if you entry to this state is sudden and all-consuming. IIY's playlists are aimed at helping you re-discover this wonderful place with 'ease and grace'. With practice you will flow easily in and out of this state.

WHAT IS BEYOND HERE?  You have reached your Higher SELF. Through meditation you can learn more and more about this aspect of yourself and allow more and more of yourSELF to live through your body in this lifetime. The IIY Positive Level is a safer place to reside in the early stages of finding the IIY SELF-Awareness state. Over time the two states will merge more and more so that your find yourself living an inspired life with purpose - getting insightful ideas flowing effortlessly. Mastering this level and incorporating into your everyday life will allow you to create your own 'Heaven on Earth' with all it's unique to you qualities.

How to listen to IIY Playlists:   Choose one of the playlists at the top of this page - the one most suited to what you want to feel.   Listen to one topic per day or repeat the same playlist over for a few days if you are finding it hard to connect with the energy of what you want to experience.   You can listen to the IIY Affirmation Tablet a few times daily but it is wise to go gently with the other audios - once per day is enough.
