WHAT IT FEELS LIKE HERE? 'Life is good'
Emotionally: You are happy with your life. Whilst everything may not be perfect, you feel strong and know you have the tools to manage your reactions and responses. You find it easy to laugh at yourself. Your baseline is one of gratitude for all your blessings and empathy for others.
Mentally: You are strong. You understand the power of your mind and the importance of not focusing too long on negative aspects of your life. You know the importance of changing your mind and actively work on staying positive.
Physically: You are strong and know the importance of diet and exercise. You have a self-care routine.
Spiritually: You know there is a greater power in the universe and you regularly meditate or pray to maintain your connection with this higher aspect of yourself.
HOW DID I GET HERE? You have most likely been on a journey of self-discovery. You will have forgiven yourself and others and found a way to be at peace with your own life. You will have practised positive thinking and feeling and will have seen the results of your efforts and so are convinced in the power of your mind and emotions to influence good in your life.
WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME? You have arrived at your sanctuary here on planet Earth. This is a great place to live within yourself. It feels safe here. This is the place where you will want to permanently reside, dipping down to the coping stages when life throws a curve-ball or you have neglected your self-care routine. From this place it is also much easier for you to reach higher for inspiration when you meditate or immerse yourself in nature.
WHAT LESSONS DO I NEED TO LEARN HERE? That essentially life is good and can be good for anyone who practices ways managing their thoughts and emotions. :You will learn that looking after our thoughts and emotions are as important as keeping our physically body clean. You will learn that there is an unseen world (sub-conscious) that affects everything in our physical world and you will become determined to to care of your world through meditation and self-care of your thoughts and emotions.
HOW DO I GET OUT OF HERE? You won't really want to get out of here as they will feel like a lovely place within yourself to live. You will want to reach higher on occasion for short periods of time for deeper connection, inspiration.
WHAT IS BEYOND HERE? On the upside there is the IIY Self-Awareness state where you feel fully connected with your Divine Essence. On the downside you could slide into Coping, Negative or Depression states if you neglect your self care practices. When your baseline is the Positive State and life challenges occur, you are better positioned to 'dip' down into negative rather than 'fall' down.
How to listen to IIY Playlists: Choose one of the playlists at the top of this page - the one most suited to what you want to feel. Listen to one topic per day or repeat the same playlist over for a few days if you are finding it hard to connect with the energy of what you want to experience. You can listen to the IIY Affirmation Tablet a few times daily but it is wise to go gently with the other audios - once per day is enough.
